Armourcast Reinforced heavy-duty bath construction:

• Layer 1: 4mm sanitary grade acrylic – high-gloss, smooth non-porous surface
• Layer 2: Fully encapsulated baseboard – creates a strong base, beneficial for shower baths where weight is applied in a localised area
• Layer 3: Fibretoughened safety glass and resin mix – increases thermal retention
• Layer 4: Hand-rolled hardener – adds rigidity and secures the layers into place, ensuring a smooth surface beneath the bath
